Used to love this company, but now every time you go on the website the prices have increased. Not just by one or two pounds more like £20 to £50. Care more about the profits then the loyal customers. At this rate you won’t have any customers left. Even with discount codes you prices are sky high.

When I visit this shop the staff are always courteous and have a vast range of good quality products.

I wanted to order protein with double chocolate flavour,but it was not in stock,so I was waiting for few months and when she was finally back in stock I did my order,but I get a completely different flavour.

Information was visible and easy to view. Website was straight forward, no hidden comments or statements. Fantastic prices/offers. Despatch was quick. Product was relatively good (4kg protein tub) but sometimes didn’t mix too well, although at £30 for 4 kg the balance and quality and cost is great.

The protein has made me unbelievably gassy. I would not recommend and had to throw away the rest of the bag which I have never had to before

Order was never received. I emailed the team regards to this matter and never had a reply. As I needed the items, I actually reordered from them. Over 1 month and still no reply for the order that was never received

+1 for their protein strawberry cream flavour, tastes kinda like a vanila ice cream shake with strawberry syrup

I’m fed up with tubs coming damaged/split then when you complain about it get offered a few pounds off, half the contents has spilled out and broken plastic in the powder so obviously I’m not going to sit and sort it out. I’ve asked for a refund and still waiting to hear back. Quick enough taking your money but not so quick in giving it back.
